When you use the Route 9 Studios file transfer service, we collect:

• Sender information — your name and any notes you include with your transfer
• Audio files — the session files, stems, and other audio you upload for mixing, mastering, or production

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide mixing, mastering, and production services. Specifically:

• Your name identifies your session and helps us keep projects organized
• Your audio files are used to complete the work you've requested

File Retention

We retain uploaded audio files indefinitely so they can be referenced for future mixes or revisions. If you would like your files deleted, contact us and we will remove them.

Payment Information

If you use paid features on our site, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. The payment provider's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

Third-Party Cloud Storage

When you choose to save transferred files to Google Drive or Dropbox, we request limited access to your account solely to upload the files from your transfer.

• Google Drive — we use the drive.file scope, which only allows access to files created by our app. We cannot read, modify, or delete any other files in your Drive.
• Dropbox — we use the Dropbox Saver, which only saves files to your Dropbox. We do not access any existing files in your account.

Your cloud storage account credentials are never stored on our servers. We use a one-time authorization that is not retained after the upload completes. Our use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Analytics & Cookies

We do not use analytics services or tracking cookies on this site.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or audio files with third parties. Your files are only accessed by Route 9 Studios staff working on your project.
