File Transfer Service

The Route 9 Studios file transfer page is provided for sending audio sessions, stems, and related files for mixing, mastering, and production services. It is not intended as a general file hosting or backup service.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all audio files and content you upload. By sending files through our transfer service, you grant Route 9 Studios permission to access and use those files solely for the purpose of completing the work you've requested.

Acceptable Use

• Only upload files related to audio production work with Route 9 Studios
• Do not upload files containing malware, viruses, or illegal content
• Do not use the transfer service for purposes unrelated to audio production

Payment & Delivery

Certain services may require payment before completed files are delivered. Pricing and payment terms will be communicated before work begins. Route 9 Studios reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed work until full payment is received.

Refunds are not available once mixing, mastering, or production work has started, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Right to Refuse

Route 9 Studios reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Disclaimer

The file transfer service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we take reasonable steps to secure your uploads, Route 9 Studios is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
